Do You Have What It Takes?
· Results-focused, strategic mindset with a strong commitment to the mission of SafeHouse Denver. 
· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; graduate degree preferred. 
. At least 3 years of previous director-level experience is required; 5 years of experience is strongly preferred.
· Critical thinking skills are a must.
. Strong knowledge of human services and domestic violence-related issues is strongly preferred.
. Strong computer  skills: all Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint, digital communication systems, case management systems, and more. 
. Experience producing high-quality reports/graphs/charts, and activities to maintain compliance with funding sources. 
. Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
. Strong ability to effectively collaborate, work independently, and be productive.
. Proven experience ensuring that data is accurate, actionable, and aligned across teams, contributing significantly to data-driven decision-making. A thorough understanding of program outcomes, data collection, and analysis (data trends) is required.
. Proven success in developing and evaluating program needs and operationalizing programming is required.
. Exceptional communication skills and ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and represent SafeHouse Denver externally.
· A high level of accuracy, extraordinary attention to detail, solid proofreading skills, and the ability to multitask are required.
. Experience successfully leading and developing a diverse team of service professionals is required. 
. A reliable form of transportation is required.

What You Are Expected to Accomplish
. Be accountable for all contractual deliverables, ensuring they are met, if not exceeded.
. Responsible for ensuring the data is accurate, actionable, and aligned across residential and non-residential programs.
. Produce reports and develop a program dashboard to effectively communicate outcomes and gaps in services to improve or expand the organization’s service areas.
. Develop and conduct regular training sessions for staff on data entry and the organization’s case management system. 
. Implement and successfully execute strategic initiatives, ensuring that residential and non-residential program services align with the agency’s goals.
· Directly supervise, provide guidance, and support the Residential Manager and Non-Residential Domestic Violence Advocates and Interns to ensure high-quality services are provided to survivors across programs. 
. Monitor, maintain, and analyze data within the case management system to meet all deadlines and program requirements and to maximize positive outcomes to the clients.
. Responsible for overseeing staff, scheduling, and ensuring direct service coverage, including the Rose Andom Center (satellite location).
. Perform duties as assigned and/or as the program or agency changes or develops.



What We Offer:
· Competitive Pay: $80,000-$92,000 based on qualifications.  Salary is negotiable. Full-time exempt position. Annual performance evaluations with an opportunity for merit-based increases after one full year of employment.
